West Point Estates is located on Jackfish Lake in Alberta, only 30 minutes west of Edmonton, or 60 minutes from downtown Edmonton, travelling on Highway 16 or Highway 627, west to Jackfish Lake.
Please note our development is recently paved and rough landscaped (fall 2021), with construction now started on various lots (spring 2022).
